Solutions Networks, consortia and franchise groups

Head office signs once. Every counter sells visas the same day.

Your branches already sell the trip. The visa gets left to a search engine, and the traveler comes back to the counter with a receipt for several times the consular fee. Desk puts requirements for 190+ destinations and filing for 80+ on one screen, at a wholesale rate that falls as the network sells more.

No government portals, no access codes $29 wholesale, $19 past 500 a month A free login for every counter agent
Head office view

Every branch, every wallet, one page.

Sign at group level and each shop gets its own login, its own float and its own row. Volume pools across the network, so the four-agent branch in a market town is billed at the same rate as your flagship.

The counter today

Three ways a branch handles a visa question, and what each one costs.

None of them is the agent's fault. They are what happens when nobody at group level owns the document side of a trip the network already sold.

Do it in the portal

A different government site per destination

Every authority has its own portal, its own login and its own idea of a valid photograph. An agent who files twice a year relearns it every time, and the branch carries the cost when the form comes back rejected.

Send it out

Email a service bureau and wait

Forms leave as attachments, tariffs get negotiated country by country, and the branch learns where an application stands by asking. Head office receives a monthly total with no orders behind it.

Give it away

Point the customer at a website

The margin walks out with them. Whatever a lookalike site overcharges for the document, the complaint still comes back to the branch that sold the trip.

With Desk on the counter

One screen, four moves, customer still in the chair.

The agent picks a passport and a destination and reads out what the trip actually needs, transit stops included. Everything after that is ours to run. The console they work in is Desk, and it looks the same in every shop you own.

1

Check the trip

Passport and route return the exact documents, the consular fee at cost and the processing time. A connection that needs its own transit visa surfaces while the customer is still at the desk.

2

Charge your price

The agent quotes the retail price head office set. Payment goes through your till on your merchant account, and the branch wallet covers our side of it.

3

The traveler uploads

A link goes to the traveler's phone for passport scans and photographs. Nothing sensitive passes through the branch.

4

We file and chase

The application goes to the government, the status comes back to the branch, and missing documents are chased by us. The counter is free for the next customer.

Walk-in groups

Six travelers, one order, one payment

A family or a party books together and the counter files together: one form set, one wallet charge, one reference to quote when they ring back.

How a counter handles a group →
After they leave

The traveler stops calling the branch

Upload links, status emails and the chasing of anything missing all run from our side. Passport scans go from the traveler's phone to us, and the branch never handles them. The shop keeps the customer and loses the follow-up work.

The network layer

Structure head office can actually see.

Desk on its own runs one shop well. The Network add-on is what turns a pile of branch accounts into a group with wallets, roles, reporting and one invoice.

Wallets

One float per branch

Each branch tops up and draws down as orders are placed. Give the branch a floor and the card on file keeps it above the line. Head office can also fund a shop directly the week a coach party lands.

Roles

Counter staff never see wholesale

Agents see the retail price and their own orders. A branch manager sees their branch. Only head office sees the rate we charge and decides who is allowed to change a price.

Reporting

Every branch in one console

Volume, margin and live status by branch, exportable by month. The group invoice arrives as a single document with the per-order detail sitting behind it.

Seats

Unlimited, and free

Counter staff, phone agents, seasonal cover. Add them on Monday, remove them when the contract ends. We charge for applications, not for logins.

The same console every partner gets

Branch rows, applications, statements and keys sit in one place, and commercial gets to answer their own questions about which nationalities and destinations the network is selling. Seats are free there too, so finance and customer service can look without asking you first.

What it costs the group

A wholesale rate that falls as the network sells more.

The group is charged the consular fee at cost plus a processing fee. Everything above that stays at the branch that earned it. Volume pools across every shop, so the tier follows the network.

Up to 100 / month
$29 / application

The rate a first branch pays on its own, with no minimum behind it.

100 – 500 / month
$24 / application

The network drops into this band the month its combined volume gets there.

500+ / month
$19 / application

Where most multi-branch groups land. Billed monthly in arrears.

Network add-on · $29 per branch, per month

Charged only on branches you actually run, and only once there is more than one. It buys the per-branch wallets, the roles, the per-branch reporting and the single consolidated invoice. Agent seats stay free at every level.

You are the merchant of record

The traveler pays your branch, on your account, at your price. Consular fees are never marked up. If you would rather we sold to the traveler and shared the $39 service fee instead, that is the revenue-share model.

Questions from head office

What networks ask before they roll it out.

Does every branch have to sign its own agreement?

No. Head office opens the group account and adds branches from the console. Each one gets its own wallet, its own users and its own line in the report under the same agreement, and a single invoice comes back to group.

Who sets the price the customer pays?

You do. Head office can fix one retail price across the network or leave branch managers a range to work in. The agent only ever sees the price that applies to the customer in front of them.

You also sell to travelers directly. Won't your storefront undercut our branches?

No. The public storefront charges the full $39 list fee and holds it: no promotions, nothing under list. Your wholesale is $29 or less, so the room under our own public price is real and it is yours. A branch that wants to price below the storefront can, and we will not follow it down.

What happens when an application goes wrong?

It comes to us. We chase the missing document, deal with the government portal and answer the traveler directly. The branch reads the current status in the console instead of reconstructing the story over the phone.

We already run our own agent platform. Can visas live inside it?

Yes. Desk Embedded mounts the same flow inside the portal your staff already sign in to, at the same wholesale rate. If the whole thing has to carry your brand and run on your own payment gateway, that is the Platform licence: $5,000 a month minimum, drawn down against $12 an application.

Try it in one branch before the network sees it.

Open an account, fund one wallet, and let a single shop run visas for a fortnight. Add the rest of the branches from the same console once the margin shows up in the report.
